eCrew – AIMS Native Mobile app for Apple devices.

Specifications, Features, and Characteristics:

The official eCrew app from AIMS International, is offered free of charge to all crew from all airlines which are powered by the AIMS Airline software.

With great emphasis on speed, data security, and a brand new interface optimized for mobiles and tablets, the eCrew app will greatly speed up the process by which you will review your crew schedule.

Fresh and friendlier UI, in line with commonly used platforms, allowing for easy interaction and navigation.

Technical Specifications:

Minimum iOS version 11

Once downloaded, crew will be requested to enter the necessary details in order to register the device with his/her personal account.

Required info:

- eCrew site
- Crew ID
- Personal Password

Biometric authentication is now available

This eCrew app version is clearly laid out, efficient to use, aesthetically pleasing and includes the most widely used features.

Garbage

Utter dogs$h1t

This is the worst app I have ever used. Useless information clutters the opening page. The Pikachu faces look like a child designed this. Slow and will not work in offline mode. I do not care about news or how many times I have circled the globe. Just show me my schedule and allow me to see it in a monthly format. Does not allow you to go back in time when crew sked changes things and doesn’t properly credit protect you. I hate it as does everyone else on the line

Poor app

Not user friendly with apple products and specially iPhones

E crew app doesn’t connect to cellular data.

When I log into e crew when on cellular data on my phone I have a wifi symbol with a line crossed through it. As a result I’m not able to access anything offline, only when connected to a wifi network. I’ve checked my phone settings to ensure cellular data is on. Also compared my settings of my phone and the app to many colleagues to make sure I have the correct ones. Even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t solve the problem. Apparently it’s common with others as well.

Slow

Has to refresh every time you open it. We need a page that has all the information on it like IAIMS had ie. schedule, crew members, locater numbers, credits etc.

Absolute garbage app. Impossible to use ecrew portal on iPhone to bid trips or days off.

Feedback

Can’t have access when offline. Can’t have, like previous version, access to a one page html with all infos (credits,etc).

Bata testing

Not worth your time. Complete garbage!

Not stable at all.

Our company was forced to use this app and its total garbage. We have to keep reinstalling it every other week if some changes happen in the back end. Keeps crashing all the time. I I barley use it and most of the time i login to the web portal. I hear the same from my colleague’s.

Garbage app

The only reason this app gets 1st star…there are no choices for negative stars or zero stars…
