The official eCrew app from AIMS International, is offered free of charge to all crew from all airlines which are powered by the AIMS Airline software.

With great emphasis on speed, data security, and a brand new interface optimized for mobiles and tablets, the eCrew app will greatly speed up the process by which you will review your crew schedule.

Fresh and friendlier UI, in line with commonly used platforms, allowing for easy interaction and navigation.

Technical Specifications:

Minimum iOS version 11

Once downloaded, crew will be requested to enter the necessary details in order to register the device with his/her personal account.

- eCrew site
- Crew ID
- Personal Password

Biometric authentication is now available

This eCrew app version is clearly laid out, efficient to use, aesthetically pleasing and includes the most widely used features.

Clearly someone’s first attempt at creating an app

Invalid credentials

Once again I have been locked out of the app with “invalid credentials “ This is the most unreliable app

Horrendous!

Rarely works first time. Constantly having to reload or reinstall! Offline mode doesn’t work. Worst of all it’s totally misleading if you attempt a download offline (we don’t all have onboard wifi!) as it populates with a random selection of duties from previous months. Everyone of my colleagues despises it! Whoever is running this app should be sacked! Out of all the airlines I’ve worked for this is by far the worst app. No positive feedback to give. Scrap it and start afresh!

Latest Feb update crashes is trying to print or save Personal Crew schedule report…please address. This is one of the important features of accessing roster to share with the family. Very disappointing it does not work on either iPhone or iPad. App immediately crashes and returns to devise home page.

Abysmal

Whoever codes, project managed and quality controlled this app needs to seriously consider a career change. If airline pilots flew to the same standard as this app was designed and coded, we’d be seeing planes falling out of the sky on an hourly basis. Sort yourselves out! It’s a disgrace.

Still not working correctly and reporting functions don’t exist!!

I’m having to re-register with my log in details every week or so, then update my settings each time. Tried to report these issues but none of the reporting tools work and crash. Awful app, none existent customer service and, more worryingly, I’ve absolutely no confidence that I won’t miss a flight due to this shambles of a system!!

The worst !

I don’t know how airlines can rely on this app. It’s the worst from all. Crashing all the times. Logging u out , got frozen , mess up with updates and timings , slow. Just part of the issues. Nightmare!

Poor and Unprofessional

How this App is sold to major airlines is beyond me. iOS App not working after an ‘update’. Imagine if crews didn’t turn up for flights with the excuse ‘I updated my toothbrush this morning and then decided not to work…I’m not sure when I’ll come back to work, but I’ll keep you updated’. Any offline mode would be a step forward (and should be available). A month view still isn’t available properly and if you are near the end of a month, you constantly have to load the next period, even after you go into another option. Look to RosterBuster on how to do offline rosters and better exports, such as ‘fridge print out’.

Utterly hopeless

Have now had to delete and re install. This should be a zero star app.
