eCrew – AIMS Native Mobile app for Apple devices.
Specifications, Features, and Characteristics:
The official eCrew app from AIMS International, is offered free of charge to all crew from all airlines which are powered by the AIMS Airline software.
With great emphasis on speed, data security, and a brand new interface optimized for mobiles and tablets, the eCrew app will greatly speed up the process by which you will review your crew schedule.
Fresh and friendlier UI, in line with commonly used platforms, allowing for easy interaction and navigation.
Technical Specifications:
Minimum iOS version 11
Once downloaded, crew will be requested to enter the necessary details in order to register the device with his/her personal account.

- eCrew site
- Crew ID
- Personal Password
Biometric authentication is now available
This eCrew app version is clearly laid out, efficient to use, aesthetically pleasing and includes the most widely used features.

Could be a lot better
Version 2024.01.19 has broken a few things: 1. Offline roster viewing 2. The schedule used to open up and scroll down to present time. That doesn’t seem to happen anymore (unless it’s a setting I can’t find)
App not working
Despite repeated uninstalling and installing it is showing ‘ some thing went wrong’. On right top it is showing Wi-Fi sign in amber with cross line on top. Not able to access to any feature for the past 15 days.
Filled with bugs
Pairing info not available anymore , needs a lot of improvement overall with bug fixes and calendar export format
Too many Glitches
When the phone is connected to the Internet the app opens in offline mode. And when the phone is offline the app takes way too long to load
App keeps losing network connection
The app launches in offline mode every second time I launch it. The top right corner shows a WiFi logo with a crossed line over it, meaning that there is no internet connection. This happens despite having a fast internet connection. I have to close and relaunch the app for it to connect to the network. This has been happening for over a month.
Network Connection bug
App loses internet connection while using. Have to reload the app again and again to connect it to a network.
Old version was better
This version too much zoomed in interface sending screenshots to swap groups. Will be bard. Most horrible upgrade
Makes crew’s life more miserable
Why?? Why did you do it?
Worst
Its not an update. I would rather call it as a Downdate. Tabular view is gone which used to be very comfortable to view. More over IOS version app doesn’t open when there’s no internet. Trip trades/ open bidding pages looks like a puzzle to sort out.
