With great emphasis on speed, data security, and a brand new interface optimized for mobiles and tablets, the eCrew app will greatly speed up the process by which you will review your crew schedule.

Once downloaded, crew will be requested to enter the necessary details in order to register the device with his/her personal account.

Honestly the worst roster app
As I continue to use this app due to Company requirements I experience very slow loading, constant logging out. Information is not presented at glance so many clicks to do things like, view memo messages, check airplane type/tail number, check hotel info, names of flight crew, even which rest period I am on. So it’s tedious to get hold of the info. Although perhaps and outdated view, the old sims format gave you everything you needed at a glance. It is highly frustrating to use an app that requires a lot of time just to view a schedule. Also I have had times when I the app had crashed in the middle of opening it to reopen it and find that roster changes have been accepted without my knowledge of the change. Leading to moments of almost missing a duty. This app needs some serious reprogramming.
Horrible
Slow to load the info, terrible visual decision, doesn’t give an option to see the schedule in calendar view, too many windows are needed to be opened to extract the full details of your shift, doesn’t mark for you the current day, the full version accessible through a laptop is packed with extra info which might be useful, agree, but you won’t find it in the phone app so here’s the question - how many people will keep a laptop in their pockets to check schedule from time to time? +the whole roster presented there in 1 line that doesn’t even reflect the full 3 letters of airports name drives me crazy
I missed flight because of this app
My airline forced us to use this application and it has lots of issues even tho it’s been sometime since they introduced it. You had plenty of time to fix problems but instead it got more complicated and became not user friendly!!! If there was -10 for rating I would put it without thinking twice!

It always stuck and always needs to be deleted and downloaded again so you can open it.
Disappointed
Extremely disappointed! Rolled out full of bugs and untested features! Every update fixes something but creates another issue. For example, now we have to close completely the app and restart for it to recognize that the device is connected to the internet, shows not connected otherwise. Extremely bad since the app should be able to notify you of changes and all!
The best way of fixing this is to remove the app from stores and only release it when all important features work!
Gave it one star because there is no lower option. As it is now, the app is less then useless!
Terrible and very stressful
Is very difficult to navigate through, got kicked out of the app while using it . The lay out is everything but friendly, a lot of useless information . Doesn’t show the roster changes , when the app opens it goes in the beginning of the last month. Is so annoying and very frustrating. I was expecting so much better from the “exciting updates and new features”. Haven’t seen any of that so far and by the looks of it it’s not going to happen either. Very disappointing. If I could I would give a minus rating.

My airline forced this useless app on to the crew without any proper testing. It was a disaster! There have been some minor improvements , but overall despite being told to just get used to it , it remains without doubt the most unintuitive app I have ever used. All we say where I come from… ‘ it’s all mouth and trousers’ … or in other words , style over substance. Appalling mess.
