The official eCrew app from AIMS International, is offered free of charge to all crew from all airlines which are powered by the AIMS Airline software.

With great emphasis on speed, data security, and a brand new interface optimized for mobiles and tablets, the eCrew app will greatly speed up the process by which you will review your crew schedule.

Fresh and friendlier UI, in line with commonly used platforms, allowing for easy interaction and navigation.

Technical Specifications:

Minimum iOS version 11

Once downloaded, crew will be requested to enter the necessary details in order to register the device with his/her personal account.

- eCrew site
- Crew ID
- Personal Password

Biometric authentication is now available

This eCrew app version is clearly laid out, efficient to use, aesthetically pleasing and includes the most widely used features.

Authorization keeps crashing, constant bugs

Not available offline

Unable to see roster easily when offline, no clear view of the whole month. Why changing a system that use to work fine and simple in design ?

This app would be a shame to any company or developer to have released it. Knowing several companies using it, all of their users hate it. Congrats, it is not easy to as bad as this.

This app is just a disgrace

As mentioned by others, nothing in this app is useful to professionals. How many miles, catchy colors and other nonsensical « upgrades » are not what professionals are looking for. Accurate notifications of changes, readability about your different legs or pairings, are . And this app fails in every department. To get the detailed information you have to create a pdf report of your roster when in the old app you could see this info straight up in a glance. Half of the time, i cannot get my roster to show if i don’t have a connection to internet which is infuriatingly stupid as hell ! Local time reverts invariably to UTC, leading to confusion about the timings, which is probably the worst for a tool that is supposed to provide clarity. Needless to say, this can also impact you professionally because if you get confused and miss your reporting time… well… the blame will be on you, not on the clowns that actually « developed » this joke.

Worst app ever designed

Of all app, this has become the worst. Impossible to have a clear view of planning. Too many color codes that makes the schedule unreadable. To have a clear view of the entire month, I need to print and save as PDF but then, I have to save it with every plannings changes! A real pain in the neck. When trip goes into next day, the next day is not marked (+1 shows up in the previous day) !!!! Why ?

The worst I ever see so far

Nothing works in this app. Presentation is extremely bad and non logical. I think all aviators would benefit if this app simply deleted

zero !

This app deserves a zero ! the previous one was much better! ok less colors but in a glance you had a global and simple vision of your planning for the whole month including the crew. Today it is impossible to have this view. It’s messy, incomprehensible, not at all user friendly and you can’t see the crew you are flying with ! But now you know how many times you fly around the earth …. and we really don’t care about this ! hope my company will choose another system or this app will be completely revised !
