Heroes and buildings
I will rate this app with just a single star. Its too difficult to get five stars heroes and the buildings stop when you get to level 25 on your base. This not allow to get highest buildings, for example, on the food and iron storages, and its because of that, i cant update or unlock some others things like the heroes . In that case, you can maybe take down the costs on that, so we can reach the constructions or the next levels! Theres a thing with the time on battles, is not cool that the opponent win when the time comes to end. Hope you can take into consideration! 👍🏻 its a shame, the game was fine!
Evento de vuelta al santuario es una Basura.
Dicho evento es tan difícil que es una falta de respeto para los jugadores principiantes y para los que no tenemos tan buenos héroes , de verdad no hagan ese tipo de eventos que en vez de disfrutarlo solo es un desperdicio de materiales

Summons
I can’t believe how unlucky I am, I have been playing for year and I can’t get no good summons from the events I just did the Costume Summon. Saves all keys from event and even used my gems to get more summon and got only crap from every summon. How is that possible? That really disappoints me!! I really hope the game designers do something about this. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

Es un gran juego, muy entretenido y adictivo para quienes son muy estructurados… algo que creo puede ser una buena idea es un mercado tipo trueque, que permita intercambiar o donar recursos, tropas o héroes entre la alianza; incluso con ponerle una pequeña tarifa podría funcionar bastante bien

Worst customer service after years of loyalty
I asked to be helped by remaking a purchase that was refunded in my account and instead you discounted 20k gems of my account for a $30 dollar purchase. Been spending since day 1 for more than 6 years at least 10k and you treat me like this? This feels disgusting.
