This game is made for rich people only. When U Started to play year you almost have nothing until U spend big sum of money. This game make you permanently real mad. This kind of game supposed to be banned.

This game is so so bad, please do not waste your time and money. the devs are greedy and never listen to players' feedback. They even call it an RPG (ROFL) , no story, graphics are hideous, in-game screen is full of expensive and unreal offers, probably after clicking thru them you want to just close the app. Instead of fixing or balancing the old outdated heroes, they release new OP heroes and at same time 'costumes' for older heroes which you have to spend fortune to get (some heroes have like 4 costumes LMAO). Uninstalled this game just like many veteran players. Worthless game even for F2P players can't even complete quests now because we can't afford new heroes. Events are ridiculous, new heroes almost every day, half of them I don't even remember their names or skills. I'd rather spend in other games that are more fun and rewarding. Very disappointed at SGG and Zynga or whoever owns it now, once a fun casual game, now completely ruined

It’s not bad but the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because you have to pay for to so many of the good things. Please stop making us pay for the goods! Otherwise it is a great game. Very fun and engaging. 🙃

This game makes no sense anymore, been playing since 2018 and I’m just finding myself more and more frustrated everytime I play. Customer support is totally hopeless. I don’t understand how they rate so highly. Here is a huge example of what’s wrong with this game. I have 5 maxed out 5 star heroes who can be beaten easily by a 3 team of 5 star heroes. They keep pumping out stronger hero’s that it makes old ones obsolete, but it takes so long to level hero’s up so by the time their strong enough their useless. Now the pop up ads!!! Daily I’ll have 10 or more options just sitting there on my screen to buy stuff. If someone wants to buy something they can go to the store. No need to shove it in their faces 24/7. Owners/developers are just money hungry whores.

I like this game don’t get me wrong the idea and gameplay is good but it takes so long to accomplish anything unless you spend rediculous amounts of real money on any of the multiple 100s of micro transactions to progress the game at any point in my opinion has ruined a decent game and the people that do spend money will mop the floor with you in any multiplayer event

Way too many pop ups. Game is too skewed to RnG during fights.

The one constant that has been on every one of my devices over the last 5 years has been this game! Others have come and gone because of repetitive gameplay, but this one has you advancing in strength, all the while creating new tournament’s and challenges to keep players interested. I play it every day!

I’ve played this game for a few years now and I’m finally over it. It started out fun, trying to collect tougher characters, however I have realised that it’s almost impossible to keep collecting the new ones. I complete all of the tasks to gain tokens to collect “epic” and “legendary” heroes. I haven’t received a 5 star hero in over 2 years. I put time into the game and keep drawing the same 3 star heroes - always some of the worst in the game. It’s an ok game, but no longer for me as it’s become a waste of my time. No progress in years so it’s become boring and frustrating.

Been playing the game for years, maybe 4 or 5 years. Liked it so much that I would have spent a few hundred dollars I guess in that time. But they just keep putting more and more icons for buying stuff on the castle home page that when playing on my phone makes it hard to play the game. Also as you move around the game you have 4 or 5 of these annoying pop ups , pop up, every time you come back to the castle home page , every time, the same pop ups over and over. Like if you weren’t tempted 30 seconds ago or a minute ago or whatever … why would you be tempted now? Seriously ruining an otherwise very good game . Please fix , less money grabbing and more game please. Anyway, all these ads mean I have stopped spending money on the game and will probably stop playing soon, I am that sick of repeating ads, over and over. Please clean up the game from too many ads. You are sadly ruining what was a great game …
