I have been creating service tickets so many times and in the help desk, and never got any of my ticket solved properly. I have been told “sorry” by the service personal and that is all. This game is NOT recommended, you will face difficulties and unfair circumstances in the game, I can promise based on my 5 years in this game, every event new heroes pops out and to follow all new heroes need to spend more than 1000usd every month, this game is not worth!!! Don’t waste your time. I left the game after 5 years…

Nice game. Greedy as hell, reminding, pushing, knocking every second to make you spend money. But the most mad thing is battle algorithm, it is uneven and dishonest, whatever developers declare about. Hope they'll change the way...
After long journey may say that all mentioned above is getting worst more and more.
Newbies-do not donate. Your dreams will not come true with such a treatment.

The game become a payful. There are problems with the summons. If I don’t pay money I can’t get 5 star heroes. There are different algorythm between the vip profile and normal profile.

the game has become a complete bottom, with a team of 4800 I lose 3 times in a row to a team with a strength of 4200, why is this happening? the developers with their updates made this game completely meaningless. Tell the developers, why should I upgrade the team if the weak team has the advantage?!
No internet connection problem
I would like to give better review, but at second day of playing it keeps saying connection problem, maybe because you use proxy or something, when it was all okay internet connection with no additional stuff, Couldn’t play, so couldn’t give 5 stars.
