Please do not be deceived by the video ads. This game is heavily driven by greed and they keep pushing new heroes that throw the game off balance. Furthermore the tiles are rigged and you don’t get much chance to get new heroes unless you spend big. You can trust my words as I have played this game for a few years now
Anyone who come cross this game don’t even down load it . They only make you keep spend money to buy character and what you get those character is level two or three . Compare to other player they got their character level 5 to 6 and the best thing their character upgraded to max 70 most powerful . You can never beat them at all and the best thing they keep attacking and take away your food and silver until you can’t upgrade your house or training centre . End up you keep spending money to germs and other characters to keep up not to get attack easily.
This game really has a very unbalanced thing going on. The deck of gems generated is so random to a point that you just want to quite the game halfway through. Even for a P2W player like me, it is such a turnoff that I will stop spending anymore because it just makes no sense anymore.
I was charged valor pass on the 28th sept i did not purchase, i didnt even get the rewards for valor pass. And asked for refund. Now rewards was deducted which i didnt get and -6000 diamonds.

This must mean it’s getting good. Boohoo a game has luck in it and you cannot pay your way to win. You know when you see one of these P2W garbage whine abt the game it’s gotta be good.
Dear game developer, why your game so different from ads that I saw? Last time I used to play and thought it might have better one when level up but after a while I gave up. And after some time, I thought it has improved but still so disappointing.
Play only if you are willing to spend lots of money
This games get a bit boring when you unlock lots of 5 stars and finish chapter two when you just download it it can be pretty fun but after a while it gets boring like if your luck is really bad when it comes to summoning you might quit the game overall decent game could be better though
The F2P players have faced the same, I can presume. In tournaments, certain element is banned but the board is full of that banned element since the beginning. You move a tile, the rest of the board gets combo-ed itself and fills up the opponents' heroes mana so, the opponents can use the skill and end you within their first turn. This happens not only in the tournament with banned elements but in raids, wars and Three Kingdoms wars also. I have checked the opponents' profiles and turns out 90% of the time when I am having a bad board, I am facing a P2W player. This has stopped my thoughts from trying to spend money in this game which is not worth at all. I also don't want other F2P players to have the bad board when they face me, a person, who has spent a bit of money on the game. For F2P newbies, I suggest you to stick to PvE and in PvP, you will always have a bad board when your opponent is a P2W player.
