It’s a waste of time. Many times based on luck. If you want some heroes you must spend some money. No money, no heroes. The puzzles seems always random. If the game wants you to lose, you will lose no matter what. The impression is: More money, more puzzles and heroes.
You pay a lot to pull a 5⭐️ hero to level him and after 3-4month they are nerfing that heroe/ heroes making him almost useless saying he is overpowerd and they release at the same time more overpowered heroes so you spend more! Bait and switch method! Very unethical behavior,stealing from their costumers!
Shame on you because without payment whe cannot enjoy the game anymore

a nice game once but now you are desperate for money and heroes only if you are lucky even if you donate
So, after 5 years of playing, no more fun. If you don’t pay, no loot according to the battle you’ve just won. New heroes access is limited only to those who make purchasess, no upgrade items for 5 stars, etc. Bottom line: WE, the players know, that this îs a business, but you - THE DEVELOPERS, do you know that E&P it’s still a game, though? Cause it seems you’ve forgotten it…
