App is ridiculously bad. No matter how I try, I cannot login with my email/driver ID and password. The credentials work no problem on the website but the app will not accept them. I’ve changed them multiple times through the website and nothing works. Insanely low quality app.
Works on web, but email or driver id returns invalid.
I lost 80 euros booking by this app. Not happy at all. I was left to find another solution 10h before leaving for a road trip. Even if you look in the terms and contract of the deal you don’t get all the information needed by the app. Better avoiding it. But it even first it started with the registration that is so laggy. You actually can’t create an account in the app you have to do it via their website.

Er firma som europcar bør have en app der er fejlfri og virker heletiden. Den er fyldt med fejl og når man vil gemme oplysninger så melder den fejl og alle dine indtastede kørekortsoplysninger og kreditkort er tabt... og der er mange tal at taste 👎
Compared to earlier versions of the app, it came a long way, however there are few issues, two of which very annoying for me: 1- it does not stay logged in. I have to login almost every time I use the app. 2- it doesn’t show all the bookings that I had with my Driver ID. For some older booking information I had to use the website instead.
Tried to download and create account. It keeps sending me to the login page after typing my email in the create GUI but could not login as my account was not created (which I was in the process of doing). For a big international car rental this is simply unacceptable!
It keeps logging me out and won’t let me sign back in. Sometimes it works. Totally unreliable for traveling.
I have the same problem. My reservation Can NOT be importet.
“We could not find a reservation for the given reservation number. Please check your data and try again” How can i check anything?, the booking came from the list in your own app, and the dialog popped up when I pressed it... what kind of programmer puts up an error like that?? Finish your work!
