The worst app ever
I tried to change my dates and it didn’t work and when I contacted the support they told me I will call you to take credit card information. This is unacceptable

Unfair !!! Unfortunately refuse to refund my money when I call to cancel my return flight . He said the mony will return in my credit but no money no replay the cancellation was delet in app
Worst company
Worst company to deal with, the trip cancelled but they didn’t back my money , customer service is so bad , he told me wait for 8 weeks, after that no one replied to my messages and they didn’t give me the money

But now in Egypt we have limitations on foreign currency for credit cards. Can’t we have an EGP currency pls

Hi, I prefer always to book from page but recently i found that your prices in more than booking as an example by 30% in most of hotels Thanks to take a look on that Moataz khalil
Terrible experience
Cust service team doesn’t know to do their job , its been over 2month I’m following for my refund and never got it , even after sharing all the docs n reason several time .

I and my husband spend four nights five days at manzara hotel the hotel was so clean and the staff was so kind and helpful the location is perfect near the marina walking distance the view from our room was amazing it was with a balcony So if recommend this hotel for everybody want to visit bodrum
Useless in Egypt
I booked last mins in Sharm Elshiekh and the hotel refused to check me in as a result that they didn’t get confirmation while I have the confirmation in my app. Hotel name : Amar Sina Update after reply : you are the worst customer service ever as you never help me , you very bad quality customer service .
