Can’t find my trip
The application is not working
Refund of unrealized bookings
Very bad app. Customer service team is a disaster. Made a bookings. Money deducted. But the bookings was declined. Since over one month I am trying to recover this money and every time I have to go through the same discussion again and again with the customer service and then they ask me to wait for few days till I receive back my money. So far nothing received. I started to believe that they are doing this on purpose so I give up. I will never use this app again.
Terrible app experience
They could not fix my simple issue. Chatted with them for hours. Unless they compensate I will not use Expedia again. Such dreadful experience.
