Refusal to refund my money
Money was taken from my account for trip protection. The ticket was never issued but money for the insurance was taken. I have written repeatedly but nobody cares. Is this a scam or what? Terna Hembah

This is perhaps the worst travel company . My flight was canceled by airline as a result covid 19 regulations but your agent have refused to process my refund or airline credit. Another agent promised to investigate the issue when raised but they have not gotten back to me up till today. This is poor customer and after sales service I would avoid Expedia as much as I can

Fare Travel cost in Different Currency
Your app is great but could be improved upon if you can provide fare cost in the currency of the applicants host country - once your app is able to access the applicant’s location
Processing Refunds Is A Nightmare
I made a booking last year #7468477723829 and discovered to shock that the hotel was NOT available! The owner of the property called to complain that Expedia had not updated its status. Every effort to reach Expedia to rectify and refund failed. I literally lost $470.48. The owner arranged a compensatory use of the property when I absolutely didn’t need it for the original purpose. Again I booked another hotel #7513955077770. The hotel staff wouldn't check me in; they'd NEVER heard about Expedia and had no idea how they were listed. I prompted Expedia and they promised to process a refund. The booking shows CANCELED and REFUNDED. That was January 18. This is March 5. I still haven't received the refund. Please Expedia help!
