I cannot change my email address as I no longer have access to it and no one can help with this. New account only or book on my old one with the incorrect email. Useless

I have gone to book five times and as I go to pay, the app crashes.

Loved this little hotel. It had everything you want without costing a fortune. Friendly service, superb location for seeing shows and finding great cocktails, super clean, comfy bed, good shower and very nice continental breakfast. You can find parking a 4 minute walk away at Tory Street Garage. We parked overnight for only $16.

Live chat doesn’t work properly. AI doesn’t understand what I need. AI can’t contact a human assistant to help me.

The app needs a very good internet signal to be able to open saved bookings. This is not good for travelling as the internet signal is not always strong. It’s been very frustrating trying to check my bookings in advance of arriving. I compared this with other travel apps that do open ok on a weaker signal. Advertising on the app seems to get prioritised over access to information on paid for bookings.

We have been staying on the Gold Coast for around 40years and unfortunately this accomodation would almost be the worst we have stayed at. The whole place is in need of a total revamp it appears nothing has been done to update in many years. The bed had springs coming through which was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The bathroom was past even being able to be cleaned properly as the fixtures were so old. Cobwebs on the top of the drapes weren’t very nice. The tacky patio that had paint peeling of the tiles. The most uncomfortable couch perhaps if your 7ft tall you may be ok. Overall definitely not worth the money we paid. Needless to stay we will have to reconsider booking with you in the future as your ratings and reviews seem way off. Would welcome an explanation from you.

Love using Expedia to do my accommodation bookings. So easy and seamless to use. Great choice of accommodation and love the ability to cancel right up until the date.

I’ve travelled all over the world and this one was one of my best hotel experiences. Excellent service and a wonderful facility.

The room was not clean with grime on surfaces of the kitchen bench and table. Also Glas splinters in the carpet. One splinter went into my foot and when I advised the front desk manager I only received a half hearted apology.
