Had a lovely stay at the Martello hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The hotel is located on the promenade and has wonderful views from all levels. The food and drink in the hotel is of a high standard at very reasonable prices. The hotel has a great reputation and loyal customers. I asked for a room with a sea view and was very kindly provided with same. Would highly recommend.
Their is no record of previous bookings that I’ve made on the app; points earned; and it’s awkward trying to login, it doesn’t seemed to have saved my credentials.
I like Expedia but its app not so much. Basic functionality seems poor to be honest. Clicking through from email confirmations to the app always gets an error message. App does not show any bookings, even after trying to add them manually several times. No way to get receipts for bookings either - which would be useful for business travellers.
I absolutely enjoyed my time in this beautiful hotel i have never stayed evenings in an hotel always out to explore but with the pianist playing in the lounge great cocktails and food i stayed in three nights and really enjoyed my time add to this all staff incredibly friendly and helpful i will only stay in this hotel when i come to lisbon

I booked a hotel in Alicante only to arrive 4 weeks early as the dates registered were 4 weeks later which unfortunately I didn’t notice in the confirmation received obviously an error. Having lost my travel costs I now am facing the loss of the hotel costs as I note it’s. an non refundable booking. The actual dates booked are still 4 weeks away so I will be very disappointed if Expedia don’t refund me given the 4 weeks notice which will allow time for a rebooking. I will update this notice board of the outcome in due course. It was extremely stressful & disappointing for myself & my wife to arrive at our hotel and find no available accommodation.
Ideal location for exploring this coast. The hotel is centrally located in the town with a fab selection of restaurants and shops close by. The beach and train station are seconds away. We visited the main towns along the coast using the train which run regularly. Suggest you book breakfast at the hotel to facilitate early starts especially if heading to Monte Carlo or Eze for a day trip.
I just cannot find my booking in the app despite have correct email address and booking number
Have owed me money for months, customer service rubbish - when they bother to answer, never call back when they promise, leave you in the lurch, costing hundreds of Euro simply trying to get someone who can help…and they don’t!!! Cannot recommend them to anyone. PLEASE, PLEASE, give me my money back!!!!!
Terrible app. Continually fails to recognise sign in details, fails to recognise itinerary numbers despite entering them correctly in numerous occasions. Sligorov
