I wish I could give this app zero stars it does not work at all and I end up having to request everything directly to my property manager

Have been unable to log maintenance repairs on the apps for months on end. It either hangs on the uploading of the photo, or doesn’t give you any options to enter the service type.

I have been trying to download a rental ledger all day. Does not let me select the date or download the ledger. It is suspicious to see how it has so many 5 stars. Stupid App!

But it’s not uploading the picture and it needs to be fixed

I used to open it and see numbers / overview very easily, but now there’s nothing to see without clicking heaps.

Whenever I try to upload photos for a maintenance issue it gets stuck in an upload loop that can’t be exited so I have to close the app. I am unable to lodge any maintenance requests at all.

Hi there, I am trying to access for the first time and can not see any get on board button as per instructions. Please advise on what to do. Thanks

Previously there was an icon you clicked to see your rental payments. Now you have to click on documents, the receipts and open document and see the date range. More clicks and harder to view.

Needs updating so I can print or email the tenancy ledger otherwise it is a good app that is easy to use

New update makes app much easier to use & access my info
