I love the service and the UI is intuitive. The only complaint I have with it is that they tend to jack the prices up to a ridiculous amount in some sizes. If you want to shop in the sales section though, you can get some good stuff for below retail

800$ order went missing!
Bought 800$ jeans the size was terrible had to return it I took videos of the DHL driver picking up the package, 1 week later the package went missing even though the tracking number showed it was delivered. Called Farfetch 10 times and they rudely and disregarded my concerns nvr returned my money and they said they can not do anything about it. Stay away at all costs their shipping fee is ridiculous and the prices are high for my st items.
