Ich habe Turnschuhe bestellt, sie waren zu groß. Ich habe sie zurückgeschickt. Zwei Wochen sind bereits vergangen. Es gibt keine Rückerstattungen. Auch keine Turnschuhe. Ich schreibe an den Support, niemand antwortet.

Selling undocumented second hand luxury items

I bought an allegedly vintage Chanel necklace from Farfetch for over $2,000. It came with no documentation, and in a n old paper box (not Chanel branded). An old plastic piece, with a tiny Chanel logo on a small tag and no serial number. I took the item to the Chanel store, they are unable to validate the authenticity. Farfetch has been dragging its feet for 2 months on taking back the item. I cannot recommend them!

Be careful, farfetch has no control and power over their hundreds of dealers. I returned a 500€ item because it was too small exactly as i received it, with original pckaging and tags, all on time. The dealer said i damnged it and kept my money. Complete lie. Farfetch took no responsability, let them steal me and i never saw my money again.

I do not recommend. Thiefs !!!

I ordered clothes for a total value of 990£. They send me wrong accessories to the clothes I’ve ordered. They didn’t want to send me the original ones. I had to call their awful helpline, which costs me around 20£ for 10 minutes. Thiefs !!! I’d understand such a customer service for a "normal" online clothing shop. But Farfetch is supposed to be an "exclusive" one. Such a terrible experience.
