Why didn’t the first order discount apply? That’s misleading and false advertising. This is my first order and met the threshold in terms of minimum amount paid. Please explain.

Can’t fault these guys , have ordered from Netherlands on Friday afternoon, and has arrived on Monday morning in Brisbane. ( please allow for customs clearance times of course) Highly rate this company 5 stars
Not as good as before
Sizing guide isn’t available on all products (unhelpful). Descriptions no longer show what size the model is wearing (unhelpful). Full Search options no longer include sale items (need to search separately). Promotions and discounts no longer offered. No incentive to use.

I am not able to remove my old address
I had to repeat the process a few times as it was difficult to remove my old address Once I had changed my address Right at the very end where I had to press “ place order “ my old address was there again I had to go in and change it again It does not allow me to delete my old address Very frustrating using this app However, saying that I only persisted because I got 15% off by using the app Many thanks for the 15% off I certainly worked for it 👍🏾
