FARFETCH - Shop Luxury Fashion

I bought a gift to my boyfriend and left for 2 weeks till he come back from another country, I didn’t open it. When I finally gifted it to him, it revealed that they quality is awful and there is a hole in a new sweater. I returned it and this frauds refused to refund it as it’s been two weeks since the delivery time. However, in their own terms and conditions it’s saying that it’s possible to return the damaged item in a month if nobody used it ;) I have been texting them for 4 times a day on Whatsapp as my emails were never replied back, but on Whatsapp they answer after 6-7 hours and close the case quickly, so I cant reply back.

App is good I use all the time, sometimes it crashes on iPhone but I see the website works better than the app. This is an enhancement feature request please route it to the relevant team. It will be great to have the capability to add more than 100 wishlist items in the app/account since it seems like the maximum limit as of now is 100items which actually is very bad for user experience due to the fact that if i want to keep more than 100 items in my wishlist I have to delete some of the ones that I currently have in my list to make space which is awful!!. Most of the other apps/sites for example you can even create multiple wishlists, give a name to each wishlist and add as much items as you want with this app not possible. Please do something to fix it.

I have purchased an item during early August and expected deliver was 14 to 17 August. I have been trying to reach out to them, since 24th August, through emails, WhatsApp & calls with no response from them at all; it’s 2nd September now as i write this. They were quick to take my money but don’t care about ensuring we are safe guarded & get our items. This extremely disappointing as I used to shop a lot through Farfetch. Not anymore

The day of delivery I noticed it’s being sent to an old office address. Through the email I was informed to call the US number to change delivery address. Once I got through to them I was told to contact the company in Spain which didn’t answer. After getting a hold of the UAE customer service after 18min que time I was told to contact the Spanish company again….. what a joke

One of the most user friendly app with excellent setup for providing the best customer experience- not just while shopping but post service as well.

They send me an empty box! I ordered swarovski bangle for 207 euros and they just sent me an empty box! I already filed a complaint to paypal and farfech told me to not do drastic things like that and its too late already. What kind of customer service talk to customers that way. Anyway scammers realky talk that way.

Love this website, everything is authentic, also their customer service is amazing , whenever I am missing a size or an item, once it is restocked they notify me. Speedy delivery as well

I dont advice to use this app the worst service

Basically, if you want to waste your money and time, buy from them. Because that’s what happened to me. I bought a pair of shoes and was happy to received them but to my surprise they sent the wrong item! And the chaos has started just from here, I contacted them and they took forever to reply, they issued a pickup to return the item but.. no one came to pick it up, I rearranged with them but still no one came the next day to pick it up, turns out they don’t serve my area 🧍🏻‍♀️ I was like “okay, I’ll go drop it myself” but nope, they asked me to go print the return label and repackage it myself?? Well, I shouldn’t be responsible to their mistake yet I still did. The return process took forever and when they refunded me, they just refunded the item cost without the shipping cost because of their “policy”. This is just disgusting, they just found a way to take your money and never reply you back and if they do, it will always be “because of our policy”
