I got my Tommy Hilfiger cardigan that I spend like over $200+ USD straight from the delivery parcel box. No other forms of protection like in a plastic bag or any other brand box packaging. It’s straight from the parcel box ! Doesn’t comes with Tommy Hilfiger paper bag too. I can’t accept it even if u use environment protection as an excuse. It packaged so poorly it’s impossible for me to give as a gift.. the cardigan had paper fiber sticked to it as it’s left in the parcel box without protection... I had to buy my own packaging & without the brand paper bag it doesn’t even look authentic.. Wrote a bad review & the customer service got to me through an email offering me a USD $15 for my next purchase. They says “Brand boxes or duffel bags are only included when they are supplied by the brand”… Omg then where did my cardigan comes from … Felt so cheated & insecure for my purchase & whether is it really authentic? First time using & will be my last time too. Saw a lot of reviews saying the items looks used before.. now I’m quite sure I will not use this app anymore. A warning to other people too.

Farfetch is cheating my money! The same WRONG product was sent twice but they refused to fully refund to me, although they admitted these were mistakes made my Farfetch. The customer service just ignored my request email without replying. What a arrogant way they treated their customer!!

reason for 2 stars and not 1 is because at least the customer service was polite. however, after all the talk on the phone and emails sent. the problem remains unsolved, even though the customer service staff told me there won't be such problem again. the most triggering part is that, i have been placing countless orders for the same jeans and it wouldn't go thru, few hours after the call to the customer service, i received an email asking for identification card and payment card for proof. which i already provided my consent over the call. the emailing department was seriously unprofessional. i didn't receive any replies after i've sent the attachments required for proof. i had to personally reply again to the email asking for a reply in order to get one. seriously unacceptable. because of all this redundant security, the jeans i wanted was sold as it was the last piece. i have never experienced such unpleasant checking out online in my life. by far, this is the worst!

Love the app when I’m using it but when I’m surfing the web or on social media, FF’s product ads come up which show me all these interesting products on the app. BUT when I click on the ads, the app never shows me the product I was looking at. To make things worse, I have tried to search for the products on the app but they are never to be found! Please link your ads to your app properly!
