Very bad process of return and refundation money. This is the last time to order! My issue was not resolved even after contacting Farfetch customer service as stated in their response! I would recommend not shopping on this website or app!

I buy item on Farfetch and after a few weeks of emailing no help with the warranty of the item, was brand new and it’s start ripping off and I ask for exchange for a new one because it’s my right in case of warranty and no help just answer: seller doesn’t respond. Or they wanna pay me for repair somewhere 🤦🏻♂️ Everybody has the right to exchange or get refund for bad quality of the product but it’s not working on this App Store
Saw ad for this app 20 times on facebook featuring the same cool Nike sneakers. Downloaded app, spent 15 minutes on it browsed all hundreds of Nike sneakers did not find them deleted app.

I liked my purchase but I am very disappointed with customer service. They don’t listen and always ask the same questions and even call you at night to ask the third time what is in e-mail.
