Absolutely love this app! The workouts are quick and efficient, the results have been lovely! Before I updated my app there used to be a buzz sound that notified you of how long you were supposed to hold during an exercise as well as a counter. PLEASE BEING IT BACK! Nonetheless, I definitely would recommend this app for anyone looking to get their booty in shape.
