there’s some areas where you have to pay to use. before this update happened , the app would allow you to have everything for free but with the new update you have to pay. DELETED. I know paying it’s beneficial for them but if something’s free , then a LOT of people would get it , hence the other workouts apps and their rating + feedback . Overall if it was FREE it would be waaaaay better 😗🤚🏾

The workouts are excellent but, the calories it says you’ve burned is way too high, 400+ cals in 20 minutes, that’s just not right! Also the tests are too long and I can’t adjust!
