Poor service
Careem standards are lower and the quality of cars and drivers below acceptable standard in Saudi. Its a completely different service than UAE Definitely not recommended
SCAM
Their drivers steal money when you pay with cash and then they charge you…. Disgusting and unprofessional app. The worst customer service. Please do not use them and switch to deliveroo.
hands down the worst delivery service
Extremely unprofessional, support is extremely difficult to reach. Never received my order after 2 hours of waiting, will never use again.
Terrible service
When I tried to get a taxi home from school for my kids all captains would cancel. Even after calling customer service they did nothing for me. Terrible just use Uber

They charge for A subscription and you don’t even know it.
Disgusting Customer Service
Ordered on the app, the driver took a picture of the package in front of the hotel, then took the package and left with my food (free dinner for him I guess!). All of this was captured on hotel's CCTV. Careem has been making me jump through hoops to get my $60 back. First they asked me to give them the video, then they asked a bunch of questions, finally they said it has been escalated for refund. 3 weeks later, Careem is completely ignoring my emails. Nothing good about Careem from my experience. Do yourself a favour and use Noon or Deliveroo.
Buggy app
Can’t change phone number or credit card. App is basically not functional.
No order received. No way contact the company.
I ordered. The order didn’t go through their server correctly but my account was charged. I have no way to contact them, or call them! Their app does not work correctly.
Stop Riding CAREEM PAKISTAN
Careem Pakistan insulted People of Pakistan r egarding their political decision.. They are not NUTRAL they are BIASED.. STOP RIDING CAREEM PK.
