This was a great App that I’ve been using for pre stay communication and while at FS properties. The new App is glitchy and the videos playing in the navigation pages makes for a terrible experience. Such a downgraded App now. What a bummer. 😔
Very nicely put together app that shows all upcoming reservations and travel arrangements. Can see lots of detail about each property and all the activities and services at your current stay. Very easy to chat directly to the resort which is helpful.
I love it that they have different suites.?
The messaging function is a god send. Not sure about the rest but so far so good
I requested a twin room on the app in the chat and then arrived to a double bed and they didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. What’s the point in using the chat functionality if requests aren’t honoured? Also you can only have 1 account per trip, so even if multiple persons download the app they all have to log in on the same booking - so you have to pretend to be the person who the booking was made in which seems silly. There should be a way to add multiple accounts to a single booking.
Started a conversation regarding a booking and all was very impressive until the chat totally disappeared and all of my questions were lost. Great concept, but FS needs to make sure they bug-test this a bit better.
Love the fact you can chat with a live person to discuss your booking
The app seems intent on marketing Four Seasons hotels which is odd. Too many mood photos. No thanks. We have the app so we are already interested. What we want is a smooth booking experience which we do not get. Booking is OK in the first instance but no changes can be made. If plans change you have to telephone, and the people on the phone seem unaware that the app exists. I travel a lot. I use Four Seasons a lot. My plans change a lot. So I use Expedia and not this app.
opens for all of 5sec then crashes. every time. dreadful waste of space on my iPad and a disgrace to to the hotel brand.
Needs bug fixing and testing on iPhone 6 Plus
