Need more upgrades

I have been using ing this app for years now, but I didn’t see many upgrades and changes trough the years. You cannot personalise the workout and excluding selected mussels. Every time you start a new program start from the biginner. If you ask for harder section just the hit goes up, considering that I choose a 1star cardio 3 star strength if I ask for harder sections strength exercises just improves. No realtime support just a AI chat recently implemented When submitting the feedback there is not possible select single exercise but you are ask to submit the feedback for the all exercises circle

Exercise has never been a habit but freeletics makes it beyond easy to make it one! Would love a way of pausing runs though! Sometimes a guy needs to re-tie his laces 😂

Training is not suitable - warm ups didn’t complement working exercises. Extremely high reps and sets concerning even for someone who exercises regularly with CrossFit and Hyrox style training. First few sessions okay and they get worse just in time to miss the refund window. Be careful.

Not very flexible for a fitness app

I’ve had nothing but issues with this app. I’m a big enough person already (not putting numbers/measurements here publicly, but would say rather overweight) but this app seems to be designed for people that are skinny and super active already! It doesn’t help also that I have muscle weaknesses in my core and in my pelvic floor and joints either, it seems! Because I told the app all this information at the start whenever I had it set up and it seemed to be insistent on giving me workouts I had no chance of being able to do at all. I told the app this information again several times over and asked it numerous times to adapt workouts for me, and even then it insisted on showing me the exact same workout that I had no chance of being able to complete at all. This app seems to be nothing but ableist and is a complete waste of money and time and effort in my opinion. It doesn’t help either that it insists on making you pay for the year upfront, instead of offering perhaps a trial week or a trial month or even a month to month billing basis like so many other apps do. 0/10 - would not recommend.

Love this app - please can we get an Apple TV 4K version too?

Love this app, as i really liek the way the way it’s tailored to what you need and what equipment you have. I use in my living room and would love if there was a way to use it on Apple TV 4K natively, rather than using screen mirroring from my iPhone. Also, if I use Apple Watch and want to use the metrics from that, is it better to let Freeletics write to Health app, or a Functional HIT Workout on AW (and not let Freeletics write to Health app)? Would love the developers advice.

Avoid Basic Exercises Scam Practises

Gives you very basic exercises and doesn’t account for your goals. Purchased subscription through the website, have tried to get my 14 day refund. Support have claimed I need to go through Apple, despite not paying for my subscription through them. Have sent them screen shots of email confirmation, bank statements showing payment came directly from them, yet they still refuse and say I need to speak to Apple - who had nothing to do with the transaction. Have had to initiate a charge back.
