I can’t open the app, it just instantly crashes. May have something to do with your last update, as it was working earlier.
Doesn’t support SAML
If you use SAML for login, it just errors out.
Adding tags
Unable to add tags via the app.
Love intercom but this app is crashing every time
Will happily update review once issues are resolved. Came back here to update the review but apparently zero stars isn’t an option. Seriously team, are you reading these reviews? I love the Intercom team and product but this is honestly one of the worst, least stable apps I’ve got on my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now the app crashes on the login screen. You just raised another $125m, surely there’s some room in the budget to get your mobile team the support and resources they need. So incredibly frustrating. This should be a five star app I don’t get it.

I love this app 🚀🚀🚀 And I love this team 💯💯💯
Robust yet deeply disappointing
For the amount we pay for Intercom and the fact they are funded for more money than they know what to do with its a joke their app is so disappointing. Key failures: - I can't add an internal note on the app against a user - I can only send one type of conversation and can't choose which type - matter of fact I have no idea which type I send off the app - I literally just sent a message to a user and it completely disappeared. I have no idea if I should send it again and make OUR customer service team look bad that messages are being sent twice or just ignore and risk breaking a promise I would contact the user. - With mass irony I have no way to contact Intercom's support through the app and tell them all this. Conclusion: app looks good and complex, can search users, but actually lacking significantly and functionality is highly questionable.
