Me aparecen reembolsos sin hacerse… y en estado de pendiente. Fueron tramitados. No entiendo.

No puedo ver la reembolso de mis compras, tienen una tarjeta donde acreditar el dinero los pasos estan hechos y uds no devuelven la plata, ya van mas de 5 dias habiles

Utilidad deficiente
La app debería cruzar los datos ingresados o escaneados por el usuario con la habilitación de aduana una vez que esta fue hecha, de lo contrario no queda ningún registro de si fue validado o no en aduana.

Es una vergüenza la falta de respuesta para poder conseguir el reembolso, parece que no les gusta pagar
