Очень плохо Что невозможно задать простой вопрос обычному человеку а не приложению , чтоб вернуть TAXFREE. Мы не можем вернуть уже 3.5 месяца ТаксФри. Хотя уже даже изменили способ получения возврата , все необходимые документы загрузили в приложение а результата нет . И неизвестно или будет . Потому что припересечении границы таможенник не ставит печати, мотивируя тем что они их не ставят . И так два раза . На третий наверное будет тоже самое . Как теперь быть неизвестно. Хорошая функция возврата Такс Фри но и видно чтоб его получит нужно хорошо попотеть

I made a lot of invitations and probably refunded forms but the last time I didn’t have a refund money for my card unfortunately
No support option in application
Not very convenient to have chat re routed to web page (especially when agent does not respond long time )

Terrible application, works slowly, does not load information, constantly throws you out of the application, opens every other time and only for 1 minute

Бесполезное приложение. В офисе в аэропорту мне сказали что нужна печать таможни которая открывается в 7. У меня вылет был в 7:20. Посоветовали скачать приложение и следовать инструкциям. Круто, легко скачал. Дальше надо было выбрать аэропорт отправления. При всех моих попытках ввести "Барселона" мне выдало ответ " *флаг Финляндии* город Ивано Франковск, страна Польша. " А при попытке найти ближайший офис таможни на карте отправляло в 2368км на окраину Лондона. Вы по приколу приложение разработали? Чтоб не скучно было сидеть ждать в аэропорту?

Забыла пароль. Почту ввожу правильно . Прошу помочь восстановить пароль неделю ,пишу им . Результата ноль .
Do not recommend
1. Hard to communicate: long waiting for free expert, long waiting answer and then dialogue resets after few minutes when you using other applications during process of wainting 🤦🏼
So you should start from the very beginning. I did it 3 times in different days and became tired
2. No responds on email( try only in chat)
3. System does not reset the password to account 🤪
