В приложении вы не сможете получить никакой полезной информации, где и как вернуть налог. В Сербии в аэропорту Белграда возврата налога фактически невозможна - вы не сможете поставить таможенный штамп, потому что нигде не сказано, где и как это сделать. Отвратительный опыт.
As soon as I sign in the app crashes. Cant use it at all.

Terrible .. they app says I need to complete registration but when I get email from GB in told my profile already exists
This app doesn’t work if you buy something it may or may not show up and never shows the updated info if the refund was sent of not!
Don’t bother downloading in Tromso no one here knows how to use the app so you end up having to fill out the paper forms anyways it was a huge waste of time! If the have an app they advertise they should take the time to educate their staff how to use the app instead of making me waste an hour of my time filling it out in the app only for the staff at the airport to be clueless and not know how to use the app!

I recently had a terrible experience with Global Blue that cost me €247. I shopped at several stores in Italy, including the Apple Store, where I bought an iPhone 16 Pro. Everything seemed fine as the app showed all the amounts, giving me confidence that the process was working as expected. However, when I arrived at the airport to have my receipts stamped by customs for my tax refund, I was informed that the Apple Store had not entered my passport information correctly. As a result, I couldn’t get my tax refund for the iPhone purchase, and I lost €280. This is not just an issue with the store, but with Global Blue as well. The app should have notified me about any missing or incorrect information, especially since it is designed to track such details. Instead, it failed to catch this critical error, leaving me stuck with no refund.
