Refund not received
It's been five months since we made purchases in Europe and we are still waiting for the refund. In the application they tell me that it was already paid, but my card never received it. Very bad service.

This is a waste of time. The paper barcode I scanned was approved immediately. The 3 we did via the electronic barcode the global blue app gave us are still pending. This is a huge amount of money. Now we are back in the states and can not get in touch with their customer service. Ugh. Just scan the paper and don’t waste time on the app or electronic version. So frustrating. Have also tried contacting customer service via email and chat with zero response. This is a SCAM and shouldn’t be allowed. So frustrated. Next time I shop I will actually ask to not use global blue as there are many other refund services in France like skip tax. Our refund from them which Disney uses is already in my account. Very frustrated with global blue and I will not change my rating until I receive my refund. Update: 1 week later still has my electronic validated forms as “processing”. I finally spoke with an agent last week and they said they were sent to credit card but the account still shows pending and no money back on my cc
My purchases alway show and then disappear before receiving any money back from shops. This app is awful!!
when I’ve finished everything (papers stamped and scanned the documents, I got my taxes refunded at the same day but after two days the process were reversed and all the taxes were gone and also took €3 for each tax that they returned (total €15). I emailed them and sent a captured photo from my app account but the employee assured me that all my tax were refunded. I have my bank account also showing that the taxes were returned. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had during my entire visits to Europe. I deleted my account and will never ever deal with it again. Please don’t share your credit cards info with this company, and take cash instead.
The feature to upload a document (passport, ID) in one’s profile is an absolute joke. No guidance, poor instructions, and worst of all, it DOES NOT work. Technology is Horrible. No tech support to ask for assistance! What a fourth rate organization claiming to be global!
I was told that the easiest way to provide the refund method is to input it into the app, but that proved not to be the case. Months after, I had to contact customer service and they said that they didn’t process my refund because they didn’t have the refund method. The inky thing it is good for is to keep track of your membership number and all the pending forms which seem to pend forever because they also claimed that my credit card company rejected the refund, which my credit card company denied. This can only happen if GB didn’t pat the right account!
What an incredibly ugly new branding and font has been chosen.
It simply does not work to submit a request for refund citing multiple system faults!! Other apps on the same device work just fine.
Not functional or practical. If you get your forms stamped at the time of purchase (large purchase) there is no way to note that in the app. Not functional. Not useful. Don’t use the app.
