For almost two months now, the app is not working properly on my end. I have tried all possible solutions but still the problem persists. Instead of my account,"We are having issues right now. We are fixing few things to improve your experience." is displayed. I cannot monitor my data usage, request data boosts, or even view my outstanding bill. You expect us to use this app for almost everything yet its not even working properly.

I was suppose to pay my Globe postpaid through this app.. but I have a problem opening it last December 2024 so I opted to use Gcash instead... which of course imposes payment rates per transaction but has not reflected my payment yet.. disappointing.
Never had a time where this app does not encounter an error during bills payment time..
