It has been many days since the app stopped working on iOS. Is Globe sorting this out???
NOT LOADING NOR OPENING AT ALL
Hey Globe, do something! Read the reviews. From Slow to not working at all. In short, useless app. Are you going to launch a new one? If no, fix this! Globe - Prepaid, Postpaid and Broadband have unli issues, now here comes the App too! Come on guys, it’s 2025 already!!! ANNOYED CUSTOMER HERE!

Such a frustrating app! I cant even login to my account now and I cnt pay my bills either

Your app has not been working since December 😒 it's hard to monitor your account if you just rely on texting 8080 or *143#
App is not working properly
For almost two months now, the app is not working properly on my end. I have tried all possible solutions but still the problem persists. Instead of my account,"We are having issues right now. We are fixing few things to improve your experience." is displayed. I cannot monitor my data usage, request data boosts, or even view my outstanding bill. You expect us to use this app for almost everything yet its not even working properly.
