Horrible app.

Doesn’t permit one to download ebook, either from the site or the app, as a locked pdf or epub. Apple, Kindle, Kobo have been doing this for decades.

Glitchy update!

New update is glitchy! Can’t play any audiobooks. Just “loading” forever.

Skips pages

It’s probably over a year since I wrote my first review about the app skipping pages in my books. I see nothing has changed. Very disappointing!!!! Terrible reading app as it skips pages all the time. If you aren’t watching page numbers a person can find 50 pages have been skipped in a book. App discourages reviews by continuously saying nicknames used to post reviews are already taken.

First time reader with Glose

I hope you have some more inspiring titles. That acknowledge the greatness of human consciousness.

Clunky, non responsive search, takes a long time to load

Just started reading a book. Compared to kindle, not even close. Get your Coders to make this load better, and search faster

Terrible

I have an iPhone and an iPad and the book wouldn’t sync. I wrote and the reply was it should have. Two more times it wouldn’t sync so I deleted a book I partially read and the app. Would not recommend.

Annoying reader

If you want an app that is in your face and has trouble bookmarking a page, then this is the app for you. It really wants to run your life. Personally, I just want a reading app that keeps my place and leaves me alone to read.

Easy to use app for Christian books

A New E-Book Reader/Seller Backed By Simon & Schuster

Well, Glose introduced me to The Tumbling Turner Sisters—what a great book about life in vaudeville during the early 1900s. It was gifted to me through it’s partner by Simon & Schuster (I purchased an S & S book several months ago and signed up for their mailing list. I totally forgot about it; received a few e-mails regarding newly published selections—all not to my liking. But today, I clicked on their eight book free selections and was forwarded to Glose. Actually, I thought it was going to be a dud too, but was pleasantly surprised. I like The Tumbling Turner Sisters so much I’m searching my Audible catalogue for the audiobook! This website also sells books; I haven’t really had the time to check their prices or selection. But I’m curious as to what Glose offers. Actually, I never would’ve known about this book had I not clicked that click! I don’t know why Glose got such poor ratings in the Canada Apple App Store. We Canadian are awfully picky.....maybe a little too picky!!

Needs improvement!

App reverts to previous pages and does not allow you to turn to the next page so that you can continue reading. You have to shut down and reopen the app before you can continue again. It’s a pain!
