A silly app but works for me
A 4 week “program” cost about $2. It is basically a selection of yoga postures in random order each day and a built in timer (with a whistle telling you when to stop). Not many tips on how to do the postures correctly, and the few tips they have are in a separate section hidden away. Luckily I’ve done enough yoga to know the postures and I make up my own flows to link them so I’m actually sticking with it.
