I am doing forestry work, and I’ve been having lower back pains from sledding (digging them out) and carrying vests. Using both the strengthening and stretching exercises in this app has helped so far, and that’s been relieving. It’s easier to follow these exercises than get lost in my own stretching which tends to become aimless after 20 mins
