Horrible service

I have booked two flights with this provider, a single flight to my destination and a single flight back from my destination. Both of the flights could not be secured and have been canceled on the service providers side however I only received a refund on one of the flights that was booked. I have tried to contact them to get this resolved however it is almost impossible to do so. When will I receive my outstanding refund? Will I even receive it?

Worst service provider

Used this service provider and paid for airline tickets. Never got my boarding passes within the 20 hours as indicated on app. Had to do eveything through actual airline site. Never received e ticket. Contacting them telephonically is impossible. Don’t use them, will never use them again.
