They scam you with the ticket price and delay the flight by an hour and still try sell you their products and they make you pay more just before you pay 😡😡😡the trip is horrible and uncomfortable they are scamming you !😡😡😡

This app is terrible. Booking doesn’t work correctly. Adding bookings you made via the website doesn’t work at all. I was able to finish a checkin that got stuck on the website, so it has that going for it. But overall it is just horrendous.

TAP is a really an extremely poor airline, probably the worst I’ve flown on. Delays every trip, unpleasant bearding procedures, apathetic staff. I’ll avoid flying TAP where ever I can from now. They don’t deserve to carry the Portuguese colours!!

Múltiplas mensagens de erro quando se tentam fazer reservas ou aceder a reservas, redundância e repetição nas operações, impossibilidade de fazer login sobre vários períodos de tempo. Nunca sabemos se a app esta a funcionar ou se vamos conseguir utilizar a app. Peçam a alguém de outra companhia aérea que crie uma app nova e esqueçam o folclore que é esta.

The developer should focus on flights not mobile app. TAP made enough money to build an app that functions, this is trash…

This app loads the website in an iframe. Large parts of it simply do not work correctly, personal details are not saved leading to a ton of repetition. This is just another example of TAP cutting corners to save money like when they built the Star Alliance’s worst business class lounge at Lisbon Airport. I’m so tempted to apply for a job simply so I can remove the sheer volume of trashy & incompetent people at this company. It’s truly infuriating. DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY.

Depois da última actualização não vejo as reservas e actualmente vou ter uma viagem e nem o flytap funciona como posso resolver esse problema ?

Estava à espera de conseguir procurar voos nesta aplicação. Sempre que tento procurar voos dá-me um erro. Ou seja isso nem as coisas básicas consegue fazer. Não recomendo.

Nunca tive nenhum problema com a aplicação. Depois da nova atualização, estou a ter muita dificuldade em fazer login (mensagem de erro). Quando consigo entrar, outra mensagem de erro ao procurar as reservas efetuadas, e se tentar adicionar manualmente, também dá o mesmo erro.
