Does not work without an internet connection or when the servers are down, which is really sad.

This is an excellent app. I have been using it for months now, and I can see the progress of my mobility. I do recommend it to all crossfit athletes out there.

Good app, helps me with mobility as it should. What I‘m missing, and for me that’s big: Feedback options - can I do the exercise or not - if not, why and substitute - do I feel the exercise where I should There are quite a few exercises I either can’t really do (can’t kneel super long) or I simply don’t feel where I should. Would be nice to be able to switch these within a session.

Top app. Sehr praktisch und einfach aufgebaut. Für jede person brauchbar, auch wenn man kein sportler ist. Hatte einige Probleme mit der zahlung der premium version, aber der support hat schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfreich.

There are minor features missing from this app that make it cumbersome to use. Health data doesn’t sync to Apple health (option in settings is broken). When using the watch app to progress/control which movement you are on, the audio disables for some reason? This makes pre/post wods tough to know when to move on to the next movement. There doesn’t seem to be any Bluetooth audio support either when connected to the watch. Honestly if you could take the programming from GOWOD and mix it with the app experience from peloton strength+, it would be the elite mobility app. For the price it should be.
