GOWOD – Mobility & Stretching

I believe this is the most effective mobility exercise plan and app I have I have tried a few in the past but this is by far the best I see improvement month by month and the exams are amazing. The idea is even terrific and smart. It’s very intelligent and very good. I highly recommend it.

Be careful, I was charged double for 4 months without any reason and off course no refund. Hey at least I got my 14 days trial and paid for another 120 days without any option to use it. Good luck

I would expect to a lot more value with this monthly charge. There is so much to improve in the UX, but it’s quite decent. There is no real competitor i know.... worth trying.

There are minor features missing from this app that make it cumbersome to use. Health data doesn’t sync to Apple health (option in settings is broken). When using the watch app to progress/control which movement you are on, the audio disables for some reason? This makes pre/post wods tough to know when to move on to the next movement. There doesn’t seem to be any Bluetooth audio support either when connected to the watch. Honestly if you could take the programming from GOWOD and mix it with the app experience from peloton strength+, it would be the elite mobility app. For the price it should be.

Signed up with HWPO for 1 month trial. Used it 1-2 times, was unimpressed, cancelled within the first week. 5 months later logged into App Store and see they’ve been charging me every month.

I’m into my second month and finding real benefits. It doesn’t get boring, even in my focus areas, as there are so many different exercises for the same body parts. One feature request: when you make a mistake in entering your mobility test results, the only way to fix it is to do the all the tests again. It would be great to have the ability to just redo the one test component that is wrong.

Really good overall. Only complaint is the new watch app for Apple Watch does not work as expected. The timer stops weirdly when watch is facing away. Tried changing always on settings but didn’t help. Hope they fix it.
