I like the app, its a great concept. However, some improvements can be made. App appears glitchy from time to time. Somehow it has used 16GB from my data plan.

This app has actually made me put in stretching as a daily routine, and that is something i though would never happen! Easy, intuitive, and actually fun that you can track progress with a monthly test. It has made my mobility so much better, so thank you GOWOD!!

Good concept, poor app experience
There are minor features missing from this app that make it cumbersome to use. Health data doesn’t sync to Apple health (option in settings is broken). When using the watch app to progress/control which movement you are on, the audio disables for some reason? This makes pre/post wods tough to know when to move on to the next movement. There doesn’t seem to be any Bluetooth audio support either when connected to the watch. Honestly if you could take the programming from GOWOD and mix it with the app experience from peloton strength+, it would be the elite mobility app. For the price it should be.
Easy to stay consistent
With the options of 8-15-22 minutes allows me to get something in each day
