App crashes when I access to my profile and when I try to open my favorite tab

Payment Pending Status Never Been Fixed

I placed an order and somehow received the payment pending status. The seller told me that he does not see such from his end. So I sent a message to the customer care to help me delete or cancel the order so that I could reorder the same product. The customer care has never replied, so I tried to reorder the goods anyway. Then, the system kept giving me the error messages without any explanations of what went wrong. I ended up with changing the registered email address to the one matching with the PayPal. Then, finally the order went through. It did not ask me to do such a thing for the previous order. It's so unhelpful and confusing website.

App deserves to be thrown in the ocean

You can’t send pictures through the app and i sent a client my instagram to show him pictures of the receipt and up close pictures and grailed banned me for giving out social media handles/personal information. Didn’t know Kim Jong Un ran this app lol
