I miss when this app was poppin with business back during the pandemic- new listings every day under anything you searched, listings you posted and promoted would be sold within weeks. now the recently added filter hardly brings up new items, and even so little as interest in your listings is way down. it’s not hard to find the culprit either, the way that they manage seller fees and account moderation is wild lol

I can’t even edit the profile because the save button is blocked by the keyboard and have no option to bring it down

Grailed banned my account without any reason. And the costomer care agents are pathetic.
Terrible app
Needed to get rid of my clothes and tried selling on here, probably one of the most confusing payment systems I’ve seen, and they don’t do good protecting sellers. I’d suggest sticking to ebay.
Don’t waste your time
This app is a joke don’t ever buy anything off it your not getting it, and from a reseller stand point you get banned for anything. 👎🏽
Terrible customer service
Bought a sweater in September. The seller immediately cancelled the order and I have been promised a refund within 3-4 business days. It has been 2 months and I emailed after a few weeks with no response. I want a refund!!
Not good anymore
I realized I had a draft from a while back that just said: “9%😳” That was i don’t know how long ago, the cut on sellers is probably worse now. I’m back here today to say that this app has gone further in the dumps after I tried to buy a product I come to find that they’re charging taxes on purchases to which they already make enough on individual sales to cover. Screw this app it’s has gone to waste. Sad.
Account was Frozen Right after signed up
i made a account and went to my email to verify, and then I went to go sign in for my first time it said my account was frozen. I contact support support says they standby them freezing my account I haven’t even went on and signed in.
