It’s so easy to get your account “banned” even if someone has no proof of claims. Also it’s super easy for scammers to sell unauthentic items on this app even though they claim to authenticate all items on the app. Your better off using other apps. This one sucks and is not worth the time.
I’ve been using Grailed since 2017, I have perfect seller record and reviews, they still make it mandatory to hold your PayPal funds until 3 days after it is delivered, which is incredibly stupid. It’s too risky as a seller now as buyers can claim it went missing or wasn’t delivered even with tracking.
So many bugs , it doesn’t work on properly on my 3 devices

Was good back in 2016-2017 Now it’s full of bots and fake accounts they clearly can’t keep track of Wouldn’t trust to sell or purchase anymore
This app is STILL unusable with the latest update. It crashes as soon as you click on your favourites, your own profile, and other sellers’ profiles as well.
This app seems good at the start until you get scammed almost instantly. If you are thinking about buying on this platform I would highly recommend never downloading it in the first place. There are much better platforms like eBay that I would recommend buying from.
I’ve never really been the one for thrifting but this app looked very promising and I had someone recommend it to me, so I started looking found a couple things and bought them. Multiple things listed as XL or double XL in men’s but as soon as the pieces showed up they literally looked like kids sweaters. But it’s also my fault choosing a app that you cant actually inspect the clothes only go off a description. Just be very aware clothes may not be the size in description!!
sometimes i will see an item thats about 70$ usd but then i convert it and its 100$ cad (me) please just give other options
Whenever I click on my favorites they are all gone and the app promptly crashes. I would give 5 stars but this makes the app almost unusable because I can’t actually buy any of the stuff I saved.
