Horrible customer service and authentication team

Grailed has quickly become the worst player in the resale market. Their Authenticators are not able to distinguish real from fake, and too often fake items get listed. At the same time, too often authentic items are deemed unauthentic, even though there is undeniable proof of their authenticity with confirmation from the labels. Avoid Grailed at all costs. You’ll either buy something fake they have deemed authentic, and then customer service won’t work with you, Or they will not list you perfectly authentic clothing.

Bugs with iPhone 14 pro max, iOS 16.1.1

Great app, but there are some annoying bugs when scrolling om iPhone 14 pro max. It keeps re-organizing the feed every 10 sec, making the screen flash. Please have a look. Thanks.

Impossible to get into

Tried this app out and just wanted to sell a jacket. Got my post removed over and over again, saying my post didn’t meet expectations. Way too much bureacracy and no info for new users on how to meet the «standards» of their platform. Elitist place for rich kids of the U.S. to trade amongst themselves.

Refund and customer service is horrible

So I’ve asked for a refund for my purchase seeing how my seller didn’t give me a tracking number, grailed team said to wait 2 days before the team would contact me back, so I did, yet it’s been more than 3 weeks and no improvements, I’ve asked and sent an email about this situation yet no reply, I am not happy seeing how they assure you that your money has a protection Guarantee yet it lasts only about 17 days and they don’t get back to you within in these days! Will never use this platform to buy clothes again

You should save the thing so you have search the brand again. for example: I search supreme box logo, and then I want to search supreme box logo tee. Then I need to search supreme box logo again so I think you should change that. But great app after all. And super good prices!

Love it!

I really enjoy grailed. It helps me find stuff that is very limited and hard to come by.
