I bought stuff that came in torned condition and I requested assistance by raising through help and support. It’s been 2-3 months. No one approached me till date. Seller was kind enough to return the monies though. Finally deleted the app.

Dear Backend, There is an issue of accessing the images when the app is connected through a wifi network. Kindly look into the issue. However, there’s no issue in accessing the images while on mobile data network. Regards.

I have been using Paypal since some years back But in Grailed my payments not going through, I have talked with the seller but he said his account have got the needed balance.. I have contacted grailed but they did not respond back. There are many items which I like to purchase so please solve out my problem because now I don’t know what to do anymore

Support staff takes days to respond. bunch of fakes on the site. Make Grailed Great Again They Are Slumped Nodding Off Over There.

Attempted to make my first purchase with Grailed. Seller didn’t ship and was a ghost (for well over a month). Customer service couldn’t refund me, cancel my order, or be helpful in any way possible in resolving. A month and fraudulent bank submission later, I’ve gotten my refund. I’ll be deleting the app now.

Sell elsewhere the app’s developers don’t even understand the concepts of time , and when you reach out with a real issue proving there’s a bug/ error in the structure of the app, they will act stupid and reply with ai sounding responses until you’ve got your life to do, and they never end up taking responsibility for the app being horribly contructed. They’re too busy always bugging you with some sale event, instead of common sense upgrades to the app , like making the warning that offer sendercould be non-USA RESIDENT?- For that they use letters 0.1inch size. Good job stupidos. It’s mostly Asian no-name temu garbage that is uploaded to this platform anyway, and a few old worn out designer they put on the front page, they try to make it look like there’s something worth buying here, or installing the app. Worthless, the support doesn’t even speak correct English, or more likely they choose to do broken oxymoronic sentences on purpose, they do it to avoid admitting fault with the app, and that you just get tired of the ai sounding jargon. Apparently shipping on the 7th day and trying to upload tracking right away isn’t actually shipping within 7 days. Who knew ! These lame-os seem to follow some kind of new rules to English!! Lol! Uneducated spontaneous children

The amount of stuff they want you to verify is insane it takes a hour just to sign up never deleted and never coming back there

They banned my account, I’m not sure why!? I posted my Travis Scott Jordan 1 and let them authenticate it to assure was selling a real item. I provided more pictures for them, they end up saying they are fake even though I bought them from the SNKRS APP. I wrote a request to get help in their help center and in that request I added proof of purchase, not even a few hours later my account is BANNED.
