I got banned!!!

It's not fair, I got banned for no reason.

Worst authentic system ever made

Chasing Ban ID all over the place. With a stupid system that does not know which product is authentic or fake and without giving any reason at all, ignoring the seller and ignoring the buyer, claiming zoro tolerance for inauthentic item, scam and off site activity. Do you know the truth? Being scammed by someone but the system is not banned And let fraudsters sell stuff as usual. There is no such thing as zero tolerance autentic and scam.

Authentically suspended my account with authentic shirt?

I can proof everything with my designer shirt is real but auto authentically suspended me, I send a proof of it to Grailed email but no reply from Admin to fixed my account because the same shirt from other seller can stay on grailed listed. ERROR ON WIFI

App Not Work On Wifi

Impossible to log-in + app full is full of errors

1. Last month out of the blue, I somehow had one successful log-in attempt. But even when logged-in, the app just failed to function. I could see the listing/search results and thumbnails, but not when viewing individual item. Basically this app has not been working at all. 2. When selecting an item, the spinning icon pops up for one second and disappears into a blank page. This happens to EVERY ITEM ON EVERY PAGE, whether you are logged-in or not. All I can do is just browse and look at the item listing, nothing more. Device: iPhone 12 Pro Max - iOS 14.6 (18F72) What's the point of developing an application not compatible with newest model of smartphones; and will never have any bugs fixed even after months of complaints? Instead of having it hanging about in the app store, I suggest Grailed should put this app to rest under construction , take it off the app store, and make it available again after you have everything sorted out. This is ridiculous!

If you can’t fix log in error via iOS, then no need for an update, there are many users that can’t log in via app, and no matter how many time you have any new updates, it’s still the same although I hope you would fix that, so find out what’s wrong and fix it
