## Great Southern Bank Australia Description
Do your banking anywhere and at any time with the Great Southern Bank Mobile Banking app. Check your balances, schedule payments, pay bills on the go, and use PayID to send and receive money using a mobile phone number or email address instead of remembering a BSB and account number.

Alternatively, you can register online at www.greatsouthernbank.com.au/ob-register, call us on 133 282 or drop into your local branch.

If you’re already registered for digital banking, simply download the Great Southern Bank Mobile Banking app and you’re ready to go. The first time you log in you’ll need your existing Great Southern Bank customer number and password. After that, you can save your details securely.

Please please please fix the log in issue! I don’t know if it’s just me but faceID never works even though it’s turned on and I always have to type in my customer number as well as password even though I select ‘remember me’.

Still 1 star. When exactly will the dev resize the app for the iPhone 16 Pro? 

Update: dev got back to basically say “tough, if you’ve adjusted font size then it’s not going to work”. What a response!! Weird how every single other app on my phone is fine. 

Completely unable to login with my new phone!!

Quite unbelievable in 2022 that a bank isn’t ready for new hardware.

Can I please just recommend updating this app? Please look at ANZ, CBA and Macquarie Bank Apps. They have so much great information like your spending etc. I think many people use them as their main back for this reason.

Very nice user interface, simple to navigate and use. It is however, really let down by not being able to receive push notifications when money arrives or leaves your account. Every other banking app has this option and, would be a 5 star review if GSB added this feature.

The absolute worst banking app.. and I have four others to compare with. I have attempted 100s of times to set up Face ID but alas constantly have to login using member details. 

I receive constant reminders when my account balance drops below a certain level. 

I’m looking to cancel my accounts after 15yrs + I’m just fed up… do not use.

The app does pretty basic stuff. A few recommendations to the developers: 
1) push notifications instead of text for transactions with a description of the transaction not just the amount as the text does 
2) a summary page/graph to track monthly balances or in/out amounts 
3) ability to copy card number from card page w/exp date etc 
4) ability to notify of overseas travel within the app

I know that there’s a lot of people complaining about the same issue, and over a long period of time, so I’m at a loss to understand why the app hasn’t been fixed! Accessing my bank account, is for everyone, is exceptionally important but that’s not possible a high percentage of the time due to ‘Internet connection’ issues or other error messages preventing me from opening the app. 

For goodness sake, please sort the issue out as a priority!
