Sinds de laatste update kan ik het volume van mijn Sonos playbar niet meer bedienen vanuit de Harmony app met de volume up en down knoppen van mijn iPhone…

SUPPORT AND UPDATES?

I have read today that Logitech is ending the production off all its Harmony remotes. What is the further support en updates of these Harmony remotes in the future? What is the reason to stop this product that is so good?

Pourquoi autant de mauvaises notes ?

Je comprends pas pourquoi cette application a autant de mauvaises notes... Ça fait des années que j’utilise les systèmes Harmony (télécommande et smartphone) et ça fonctionne toujours très bien Ça facilite tellement la vie !! Jamais eu de soucis, je recommande !!

Extrêmement difficile à configurer

La télécommande la plus chère du monde devrait être la plus facile à configurer. C’est tout le contraire. Les mots de passes sont refusés, les appareils non reconnus, les commandes ne correspondent pas, etc etc. Prévoyez une journée au calme et un balcon pour sortir hurler.

Impossible de se connecter

Impossible de se connecter à mon hub harmony companion ! L’application se plante à chaque essais ! Déjà désinstaller et réinstaller à plusieurs reprises. Vraiment inacceptable

Unpredictable App

Connectivity is not the most reliable part and may mess up the whole system. You have to accept some setbacks for WiFi setup to have the app and the system working properly. Design, menus and navigation could be improved easily.

Need to restart way to often

50% of the time I have to swipe away and restart the app. Extremely annoying and not a good user experience

No dark mode

Le widget ne supporte pas le dark mode d’iOS 13, ça fait tache.

Finally!

At last a universal remote that actually works. One thing: it is still not part of HomeKit. They really not to work on that feature! And it is not a very good Friend of Hue. It forgets Philips all the time.

Not practical at all

It’s finally better to use the remote control of each device! Takes so long time to get to the bottom which you want to use! I stopped and erased the application, the Logitech harmony companion was send back! 4/2019
